KekeTheHealthyHairDiva Salon & Beauty Bar  is based on the belief that our clients' needs are of the utmost importance. Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat clients, VIP memberships, and referrals.

We would like to welcome the opportunity to earn your trust and deliver you the best service in the industry.

There will be a non-refundable deposit in order to book all hair appointments that will go towards your service. No exceptions! Once your deposit is paid, your appointment will be booked.

Due to COVID 19, 

Here are the updates from NC State Board of Cosmetic Arts and the new requirements for appointments at KekeTheHealthyHairDiva Salon & Beauty Bar with KekeTheHealthyHairDiva (no exceptions).

▪️I am now accepting pre booked appointments online only. Book online at KekeTheHealthyHairDiva.com

▪️The only method of payment will be credit cards using a non contact method only.

▪️1 client at a time without any extra guest in my private styling studio.

▪️Everyone is required to sit in the car until you are serviced once you arrive to your appointment. Please call or text and I will let you know once it is safe to enter.

▪️Everyone is required to wear a face mask 😷 (no exceptions).

▪️I will continue practicing sanitation, disinfection, and sterilization in between each client for your safety.

▪️All clients must wash your hands 👏🏾 before service.

▪️No food or drinks of any kind (no exceptions).

▪️All clients temperature will be checked before any service (no exceptions).

▪️All clients will fill out a health wavier and consent service form before service (no exceptions)

There will be a non-refundable deposit in order to book all hair appointments that will go towards your service. No exceptions! Once your deposit is paid, your appointment will be booked.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure you receive your full service. We recommend that you book your next appointment before leaving the salon so that we can be sure to accommodate your schedule. If you are running late, will are committed to do everything possible to accommodate you. If you are more than 25 minutes late, please keep in mind that we may need to reschedule your appointment and will be charged a "No Call, No Show Fee" in the full amount of the service you booked for, no exceptions! If for any reason you are uncomfortable with the service, please feel free to let us as a team know before you leave your appointment If you must cancel your appointment please notify us 24 hours prior to the appointment during salon business hours (10:00am - 8:00pm Tuesday - Friday and 10:00am - 12:00 noon on Saturdays or you will be charged for the missed visit the full amount of the service you booked for, no exceptions! Less than 24 hours notice that's not during business hours will result in a service charge of the full amount of the service you booked or reserved appointment(s) for, no exceptions! NO SHOWS- will be charged the full amount of the service you booked. If you are more than 25 minutes LATE we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment or if you do not show up, call. or text to cancel within 24 hours during business hours.

After all booked appointments you will receive a text or an email to confirm your appointment prior to your appointment. Please confirm to ensure your booked appointment. In the event of an emergency or inclement weather, you will be notified ASAP to inform you of a new date or time for your hair appointment.

Please come to your scheduled appointment with detangled hair. If hair is not detangled you will be charged an additional fee per minute depending on how long it takes to detangle your hair. Also if your hair needs to be taken down from a previous style, you will be charged an additional fee in addition to the desired service of choice. If you are not satisfied with your service we will gladly fix it for you, but we are unable to offer refunds on services and or products purchased from Salon Oasis. All purchases are final. No exceptions!

Salon guest who are no-shows or who cancel appointments at the last minute cost beauty professionals thousands of dollars each year, in addition to lost time, energy and frustration. We do not over book and we do not accept walk ins therefore, appointments are made in order to give a great service experience so you don't have to wait for hours to receive your service.

Thank you in advance for respecting the passion and ultimate care we ensure for maintaining healthy hair care for your hair! If you are charged for a service and give permission for your card to be charged and then cancel the charge with your bank in result to a refund, you will be charged double the amount of the service, and will no longer have the privilege to get anymore services with KekeTheHealthyHairDiva, no exceptions!
